My outing yesterday proved to be one of the best photography sessions I've had. The afternoon started out average but turned into something magic. The light I witnessed was simply beautiful, I was racing around trying to capture it in as many possible angles as I could, which resulted in me coming home with alot of keepers. This is the first I'll post and will upload the rest over the next week.

When you're in the city, don't forget to look up!

I can't remember an event living up to expectations like this one did!

Here is my 5th image from the Holocaust Memorial taken in Berlin.

I've said it earlier, that although i visited here 3 times during my recent visit to Berlin, this is somewhere i will be returning too sooner rather than later.

Palazzo Comunale (San Gimignano) - Courtyard

The Palazzo Comunale (Italian: Municipal palace) of San Gimignano is in the Piazza del Duomo close to the Collegiata church. Also known as the Palazzo del Popolo (Italian: People's palace), the palazzo has been the seat of civic power in the comune since the 13th century. The building contains a museum and gallery with works of the Florentine and Sienese schools of art - including works by Coppo di Marcovaldo, Lippo Memmi, Benozzo Gozzoli, Filippino Lippi, Il Sodoma and Pinturicchio.

Good morning Google+!
Have a nice week :)

BTW this morning I recognized:
Cats would not live by human patterns.
They don't fit themselves into prescribed behavior.

"Strong lives are motivated by dynamic purposes." - Kenneth Hildebrand

Finally got to get away with my camera and explore nature again. Started my day at Mt Hood for sunrise, but got skunked, so I quickly scooted to the gorge to check out the greens, which are really amazing right now! Paid a vist to the magical powerhouse, Wahclella Falls, this falls never disappoints!

Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend!

Another photograph from my journey out early this morning. I love the way that the trees in the background created this dappled light as the sunrays hit them and the bokeh from the lens

What is Plus Extract?

It's your DAILY dose of TOP Google Plus photographs, which were chosen by an algorithm that combines automatic steps and manual curation. This means that the DAILY TOPs are NOT based solely on popularity, and users with a small number of followers have a chance to be featured in the TOP. We use Google+ API for the automatic steps; Jarek Klimek is responsible for curation and communication with the authors.

We strongly respect the authors and their rights. +Jarek Klimek contacts every photographer featured in all DAILY TOPs and if any author decides that he/she doesn't want to be featured in the TOP, we respect this absolutely.

Catherine Hall About us and Google+

Google+ has flourished into a bustling online community for photographers – and one reason is the exceptional contribution of early adopters such as Jarek Klimek, Editor of PhotoExtract magazine.

Jarek had the foresight to research the new social network and created an authoritative list of photographers to follow on Google+.

His viral list has not only become one of the top referring resources of photography trailblazers, it is also shared and watched by leaders such as Guy Kawasaki, Robert Scoble and Darren Rowse.

Jarek has helped introduce the work of great photographers to Google+ photography enthusiasts and I was very excited to share his insights with viewers on TWiT Photo.
